Signing In
Logging in
What is single sign-on (SSO)?
Single sign-on means you log in once with one username and password, and then reach all of your connected apps without logging in again to each one. MyPascoConnect uses the ClassLink platform to provide this for Pasco County Schools.
I'm logging in for the first time. What do I do?
Use the username and temporary password your school provided, sign in on the official portal, and follow any prompts to set your own password. If you didn't receive credentials, your teacher or school office can help.
Can I use MyPascoConnect on my phone or tablet?
Yes — the portal works in a mobile web browser, and ClassLink also offers apps for phones and tablets. Sign in with the same username and password you use on a computer.
Passwords & Access
Passwords & troubleshooting
Who can reset my password?
Your school handles resets. Students should ask a teacher or administrator; parents and staff can use the official portal's recovery option or contact the school or district help desk. This guide cannot reset passwords.
The portal won't load — what should I check?
Try refreshing the page, checking your internet connection, clearing your browser cache, or using a different browser. If it still won't load, the issue may be on the school's side — contact your school's technology support.
How do I keep my account safe?
Only enter your password on the official portal, never share it with classmates or strangers, and log out when using a shared device. If you think your account was accessed by someone else, tell your school right away.

Apps & getting help
Why don't I see the same apps as my classmate?
Your school decides which app tiles appear on your launchpad based on your role, grade and classes, so launchpads can look different from one person to the next.
Where can I get official help?
For anything account-related, your school or the Pasco County Schools district technology team is the right place to go. This guide is informational only and is not affiliated with the district.
