When It Won't Work
MyPascoConnect troubleshooting
Can't sign in, or the launchpad won't load? Most problems clear up with a few quick checks. Work through these in order before contacting your school.
Refresh and recheck your details
Reload the page, then re-enter your username and password slowly — watch for Caps Lock and stray spaces.
Try a different browser or device
If one browser misbehaves, try another (Chrome, Edge, Safari) or another device to rule out a local glitch.
Clear your cache and cookies
Old cached data is a common culprit. Clear your browser cache, close all tabs, and open the official portal fresh.
Check the network
School Wi-Fi filters or a home VPN can block sign-on. Turn off VPNs and, if you can, test on a different connection.
Ask your school
Still stuck? The issue may be on the district side. Contact your teacher, front office or the district help desk.
Common Problems
Fixes by symptom
| Wrong username/password | Confirm your username (students: your ID) and retype the password. Locked out? See password reset. |
| Page won't load | Refresh, clear cache, try another browser, and check your internet connection. |
| Blank or missing tiles | Tiles are set by your school. If a required app is missing, tell your teacher or technology contact. |
| An app won't open | The app itself may be down. Try again later, or open it directly to see if the problem is app-side. |
| Mobile app fails | Make sure you picked the right district; reinstall if needed. See the mobile app guide. |
Troubleshooting Questions
Troubleshooting FAQ
Why does MyPascoConnect keep saying my password is wrong?
Check Caps Lock and extra spaces, and confirm you're on the official portal. If it still fails, your password may need a reset — see the reset guide.
The portal is down for everyone. What now?
If classmates can't get in either, it's likely a district-side outage. Wait a bit and try again, and check for any school announcements.
Clearing cache didn't help.
Try a different browser or device, disable extensions or VPNs, and test another network. If nothing works, contact your school's technology support.
Who do I contact for real help?
Students: a teacher or administrator. Parents: the front office. Staff: the district help desk. This guide is informational and can't access accounts.
